Potato-mineral diet

The potato-mineral diet is designed for 1 week. It is based on the consumption of potatoes and mineral water.

Potatoes will saturate the body, and mineral water will remove excess toxins from it.

First day

Breakfast: mashed potatoes with milk and butter, a glass of mineral water.
Lunch: lean beef soup with potato dumplings, a glass of mineral water.

Second day

Breakfast: potato casserole with vegetables, a glass of mineral water.
Lunch: chicken broth with potato salad dressed with vegetable oil, a glass of mineral water.

The third day

Breakfast: potato dumplings with sour cream, a glass of mineral water.
Lunch: potato soup with rice, mineral water.

Fourth day

Breakfast: boiled potatoes with milk, mineral water.
Lunch: potato soup with cereals, cucumber salad with vegetable oil, mineral water.

Fifth day

Breakfast: boiled jacket potatoes, beans with vegetable oil, mineral water.
Lunch: mashed potato soup with mushrooms, vegetable salad with vegetable oil.

Sixth day

Breakfast: potato casserole with vegetables/cheese, mineral water.
Lunch: potato soup with tomato dressing, tomato salad with vegetable oil.

Seventh day

Breakfast: potato pancakes with sour cream and cucumber salad, mineral water.
Lunch: potato soup with chicken broth, vegetable salad with biokefir.

In the evening, drink only mineral water.
