Prevention of hypothermia
Hypothermia can usually be avoided by using common sense and the following rules:
Wear a hat and clothing made of wool or fur, which creates a layer of warm air between the body and clothing. Wear layers of clothing so that you can remove layers if necessary, allowing you to regulate your body temperature. Cover the parts of your body most susceptible to frostbite: fingers and toes, ears and nose; Consume more warm drinks, which promotes better thermoregulation of the body. If hot drinks are not available, drink plenty of plain water. Avoid drinking drinks containing alcohol and caffeine as they interfere with the body's ability to produce heat; as soon as you start to feel cold, take shelter in a warm place and let your body warm up;
• if your clothes are wet in the cold, how can you
quickly change it to dry.
