Salad to strengthen the immune system
Mix 350 g sauerkraut, 150 g lingonberries, 1 tbsp. powdered sugar. Add 50 ml of unrefined sunflower oil, salt to taste and stir.
Mask for dry skin
Mix 5 teaspoons sunflower oil, 4 drops sandalwood essential oil, 2 drops patchouli essential oil, 4 drops sweet orange essential oil. Apply the mixture to your face with a cotton swab, leave for 20 minutes, then rinse.
Hair Mask
To repair damaged hair with split ends, you can apply a hair mask twice a week. Using light massaging movements, starting from the roots, rub 40 ml of sunflower oil into your hair. Put on a plastic cap and leave the mask on for 20 minutes so that the oil is absorbed. Apply shampoo without aromatic additives to your hair, hold for two to three minutes, rinse. Your hair will immediately become shiny and silky.
