Rihanna's weight loss secret before the Grammys
Recently, at the Grammy Awards, Rihanna surprised everyone with her look: the singer dyed her hair blonde and showed off her magnificent figure. The black tight dress emphasized the fact that Ri, one of the owners of the sexiest buttocks in the world, has noticeably lost weight.
Harley Pasternak, the personal trainer of the 23-year-old singer, explained the key to the star’s success. Firstly, Rihanna has been moving a lot lately, as she is constantly on the road. Secondly, she rides a bicycle at least three times a week for 25 minutes without stopping, and also runs, jumps and does race walking. Almost all of the exercises in the singer’s fitness program are so simple that they can be done anywhere: in a hotel room or in the dressing room before a performance. Basically these are regular squats, push-ups and standard abdominal exercises.
When a window appears in the singer’s touring schedule and she is at home, Rihanna increases her workload to five times a week and 30 minutes a day. Harley is very pleased with his work with Rihanna and considers her body to be ideal: “She has a very beautiful body by nature. Such shapes are perfectly amenable to improvement. She looks fantastic! And every day she gets better and better.”
Regarding her diet, Rihanna has no special restrictions: she eats five times a day, in very small portions. It's mostly healthy, fresh food high in protein (usually legumes).
Even though the singer did not receive a single award for her musical achievements at the Grammys, she clearly received a huge amount of admiring glances and praise from the guests and spectators of the ceremony.
