  1. Twisting. Lie on your back, bend your knees, pressing your feet to the floor. Hands behind your head or crossed over your chest. Raise your upper body, trying to touch your knees with your elbows. Return to starting position.

  2. Hanging leg raises. Grasp the crossbar with your hands. Raise your straight legs to an angle of 90 degrees relative to your body. Slowly lower your legs without touching the floor.

  3. Plank. Lying on your forearms, legs and torso form a straight line. Hold the position as long as you can.

  4. Bike. Lie on your back, arms along your body. Alternately imitate riding a bicycle - raise your straight leg, bending it at the knee.

  5. Twisting with a gymnastic stick. Sit on the floor, straighten your legs in front of you. Take the stick with a grip wider than shoulder width. Bend back 45 degrees, lift the stick up. Turn your torso to the right, trying to touch the floor with the stick. Return to starting position. Repeat on the other side.
