The abdominal exercise machine consists of two racks with crossbars in the form of a ladder (1), a board with a soft surface (2), height-adjustable soft rollers for fixing the legs (3).

On the machine we are considering, you can implement the following list of exercises in your training, both with your own body weight and with additional weights and various weights:

  1. lying leg raise;
  2. lying down lifting the torso;
  3. lying down, lifting the body with simultaneous turns;
