In simple terms, vibration training is training on vibration simulators. Such training completely replaces any other set of exercises.

Vibration training owes its appearance to the German Ludwig Biermann, who in the 60s. last century discovered cyclical fluctuations. In the 70s, Soviet scientists, based on studies of vibration vibrations, developed a complex for training cosmonauts. Thanks to this technique, our cosmonauts were able to stay for about 420 days at the orbital station, while the Americans lasted no more than 120 days.

Each person’s body has its own fluctuations depending on age, gender, and health status. That is, a person can be called a “vibrating machine”. Thus, vibrations in the range from 20 to 60 Hz with a properly selected load can benefit the body. The load is calculated depending on the person’s preparation for this type of activity.

The essence of the vibration training technique is that it can affect individual muscle groups. Today, exercises on vibration simulators are firmly established in the everyday life of an ordinary person who is far from astronautics. In addition to the fact that vibration training helps a person regain their former slender shape, this technique is also used in the treatment of certain diseases (osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, metabolic disorders, rheumatism, etc.) When training professional athletes, training on vibration machines is also quite effective.

The effect of vibration training is that during training on vibration simulators, the muscles contract rhythmically, the frequency of contractions varies within fifty per second. Thus, a person has the opportunity to use about 98% of the total muscle mass during training, while a professional athlete is able to use about 80% during a regular workout.

There are practically no contraindications for vibration training. However, you should refrain from training during pregnancy, if a person has a pacemaker, with epilepsy, or extensive thrombosis.
