Much depends on proper metabolism. Phosphorus is required for egg maturation. It is recommended to include any fatty fish containing phospholipids in your diet. But it’s better to eat lean meat. The activity of the uterus and the normalization of the menstrual cycle are ensured by vitamin U. It is found in white cabbage.

Useful for infertility: nuts, sesame and seeds, rich in zinc, brown rice and oatmeal, which provide us with B vitamins, as well as soy, almonds and wholemeal bread, which contain a lot of magnesium.
