After performing a head massage, we move on to massaging the torso, upper and lower extremities.   5. corn oil: this massage oil has a beneficial effect on muscle mass and helps to increase it. It is absorbed quite quickly, which is a very good indicator of quality.

Essential oils such as lavender, sandalwood, clove, eucalyptus, geranium are added to the oils in a ratio of 1:20.
