Banana diet

For those who want to lose weight and for people who have intestinal problems or diseases accompanied by edema, a banana diet is suitable. Bananas will also help with gastritis, as they stimulate the renewal of the epithelium and the secretion of mucus, which protects the walls of the stomach from damage. In addition, bananas are recommended for hypertension, obesity, circulatory failure, kidney and liver diseases and diabetes.

Despite their calorie content, bananas are a source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. Moreover, this fruit is not fatty, which does not allow cholesterol to increase.

There are two options for the banana diet for weight loss:

  1. Banana milk diet

This banana diet is designed for 3-4 days, during which time you can lose 3 kilograms of excess weight. The principle is simple - throughout the day you can allow yourself to eat 3 bananas and drink 3 glasses of low-fat milk. The amount of food should be divided into as many meals as you are used to eating per day. You can make a smoothie or yogurt from permitted foods. Drinking water and green tea is allowed. Sugar is prohibited, but sweeteners can be used. If you are intolerant to milk or allergic to it, then it is replaced with kefir with 1% fat content.

  1. Banana diet 2

This option is less stringent, but no less effective, since up to 7 kilograms of weight are lost during the diet (from 3 to 7 days). The principle of the diet is that you can afford to eat one and a half kilograms of bananas per day. Bananas can be consumed at any time. Allowed drinks are water and green tea in any quantity. Since bananas have little protein, if the diet lasts for more than 5 days, you can include 2 boiled eggs in the diet.
