7 days

Yes, we have almost an eternity ahead of us, because in seven days some people created the world. Can't we really lose a couple of kilos in a week? No problem!

KEFIR DIET

1st day. You can eat five boiled potatoes and 1.5 liters of low-fat kefir.
2nd day. 100 gr. boiled chicken meat and again 1.5 liters of kefir.
3rd day. 100 gr. boiled meat plus 1.5 liters of the same fermented milk product.
4th day. 100 gr. boiled fish with traditional kefir.
5th day. Fruits and vegetables + 1.5 liters of kefir.
6th day. Exclusively kefir.
7th day. Only mineral water.

At the same time, all other products, as well as salt and sugar, completely disappear from the table. However, it is very useful for the gastrointestinal tract. And the result will undoubtedly please you.

Total: minus 5 kilograms.

6 days

SEMI-LIQUID DIET

The name speaks for itself. In addition to the products listed below, you can only drink warm boiled water.

1st day. 1.5 liters of milk.
2nd day. 1.5 liters of curdled milk.
3rd day. 6 hard-boiled eggs.
4th day. 400 gr. boiled beef.
5th day. 600 gr. vegetables
6th day. 1.5 kg of fruit.

It is not difficult to maintain such a diet, but, alas, it is difficult to maintain the result once you start eating as usual.

Total: disappears from 3 to 6 kg.
