Diet Enchantress

According to the generally accepted legend, this diet was invented by one of the readers of a Belarusian women's magazine. The girl sent a letter with a detailed story about how she lost 10 kg in 5 weeks, adhering to a generally fairly standard mono-fasting diet based on the principle of separate nutrition. Judging by the funny names for each day, there is no doubt about the authenticity of the origin of this legend. Here is her detailed memory:

  1. "White Monday" - you are allowed to eat only low-fat fermented milk products in a total amount of no more than 3 kg (l). The name itself implies the complete exclusion of sugar, salt and other flavoring additives.
    Breakfast: 200 gr. cottage cheese, it is allowed to season with unsweetened yogurt or sour cream.
    Second breakfast: a glass of kefir or yogurt
    Lunch: 200 gr. low-fat homemade cheese types of ricotta
    Afternoon snack: a glass of kefir or unsweetened yogurt
    Dinner: 150-200 gr. cottage cheese.

  2. "Sweet Tuesday" is a pleasant relaxation after Monday, as you can eat sweet fresh and dried fruits, and even a little chocolate.
    Breakfast: fruit salad (apple, pear, banana), dressed with honey
    Second breakfast: no more than 50 g. dark chocolate or fruit jam
    Lunch: salad of sweet raw vegetables (carrots, beets) with prunes.
    Afternoon snack: dried apricots, raisins and other dried fruits
    Dinner: fruit salad with honey

You can drink dill tea or fennel decoction to prevent stomach bloating. Jam can be replaced with sugar-free fruit jelly or a thick fruit and berry cocktail.

  1. “Nourishing environment” - fructose and carbohydrates are replaced by proteins: boiled lean meat, poultry, fish or seafood. In total, you can eat no more than 1.5 kg of any meat.
    Breakfast: 150-200 gr. boiled chicken breast seasoned with lemon juice
    Second breakfast: several boiled shrimps or mussels
    Lunch: 150-200 gr. boiled beef or turkey with lemon juice
    Afternoon snack: a little sea cocktail poached in lemon juice
    Dinner: 100-150 gr. boiled fish (pike perch, cod, hake)

  2. “Soup Thursday” - you are allowed to eat any amount of vegetable soup in strained fish or meat broth during the day in small portions of 5-6 approaches. Do not add salt, crackers, fish or meat.

  3. “Cook Friday” - any porridge with water is consumed, except semolina. It is better to steam the cereal with boiling water in the evening and leave it in a warm place overnight. Eat 5-6 times in small portions. without salt and sugar.

  4. “Liquid Saturday” is the hardest, but effective fasting day. Only liquid drinks are consumed.
    Breakfast: a glass of multifruit juice
    Second breakfast: a glass of ayran
    Lunch: a glass of tomato or vegetable juice
    Afternoon snack: a glass of grape, orange or apple juice
    Dinner: a glass of milkshake with the addition of fruit juice based on kefir or yogurt.

On this day, you should avoid physical activity; if you feel weak, you can drink a glass of any juice to your liking or a cocktail based on ayran with the addition of cucumber, celery, carrot or any other juice.

  1. “Salad Sunday” is based on the consumption of any vegetable salads, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.
    Breakfast: salad of tomato, cucumber and sweet pepper with a piece of low-fat hard cheese, olive oil and lemon juice.
    Second breakfast: green salad with spinach and any greens
    Lunch: cabbage, carrot, beet salad with olive oil, homemade cheese (you can replace tofu) and olive oil
    Afternoon snack: cauliflower and tomato salad
    Dinner: salad of any vegetables with a piece of cheese, tofu or soy meat, olive oil and lemon juice.
