The fat-burning onion soup diet is an excellent and safe diet. It will cleanse your body of waste and toxins and give you a feeling of freshness and vigor. If you strictly follow the diet, you can lose from 4 to 8 kg in a week.
Making onion soup:
- 6 medium sized onions
- Several tomatoes (canned)
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 2 green peppers
- 1 bunch of celery
- 1 vegetable broth cube
Cut the vegetables into medium or small pieces, cover with water, add salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste. Bring to a boil and simmer over high heat for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
During a diet with onion soup, you should absolutely not consume:
- Alcoholic drinks
- Bakery products
- Carbonated drinks
- Fried foods
- Dishes with added fat
You can eat onion soup any time you feel hungry. Eat as much as you want - this soup doesn't add any extra calories. Fill your thermos with it in the morning to take with you to work or on the road.
The meal schedule on other days looks like this:
1 day - onion soup + fruits (except bananas)
Day 2 - onion soup + vegetables
Day 3 - onion soup + vegetables + fruits (no potatoes)
Day 4 - onion soup + vegetables + fruits + 2 bananas + a glass of skim milk
Day 5 - onion soup + 400-500 g of boiled meat without skin + fresh tomatoes
Day 6 - onion soup + boiled meat + greens
Day 7 - onion soup + brown rice + vegetables + fruit juice without sugar
Important: drink at least 1.5-2 liters of still water per day, tea and coffee without sugar.
You should eat soup at least 3 times a day - for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Before drinking alcohol, you should go off the diet at least 24 hours before drinking alcohol.
