Scented

There are several general recommendations for preparing baths. Comfortable water temperature is 37-38°C. When preparing a general bath for the body, you first need to fill the bath 1/4 of the volume with water, create a foam or salt (sea salt) base and add drops of oil (you can do without the base). Then the bath is filled completely with water. The optimal bath time is 20 minutes. During the procedure, it is recommended to use twilight light and play soft, calm instrumental music. It is better to take a bath with your eyes closed, actively inhaling the aroma of essential oils. After your bath, it is advisable to put on a bathrobe without drying your skin with a towel to allow the essential oils to be completely absorbed into the skin. When the skin is dry, the body is lubricated with moisturizing cream. The frequency of bathing is no more than 2-3 times a week.
