Fitness lesson: figure like Hayden Panettiere

Hollywood actress Hayden Panettiere managed to get the most eligible bachelor in Ukraine, Vladimir Klitschko. Despite the fact that Hayden is only 23 years old, she works hard and watches her figure. Her personal trainer helps her with this, and in this master class he shows a set of basic exercises for the actress. Classes last 10 minutes.

Exercise No1. Stand straight and lunge forward with your left leg. Then return to your previous position and raise your arms up. Then lunge forward with your right leg and repeat the following movements. Repeat for 1 minute.

Exercise No2. This exercise can also be called “climbing”. Lie on your stomach, place your hands on the floor and begin to forcefully bend your legs under you, as if you were climbing a mountain. Repeat for 2 minutes.

Exercise No3. Stand in a half-squat position, bend your elbows and lift the dumbbells to chest level. After this, straighten your arms back and stand straight. Repeat for 1 minute.

Exercise No4. Lunge forward with your right foot, then quickly lunge with your left. Do the exercise at an accelerated pace for 1 minute.

For the remaining 5 minutes, repeat these exercises in a circle, following the same sequence.
