Fruit diet

The vegetable diet is a very tasty and healthy diet. The duration of the diet is from 3 days to a month. Please note that it is not recommended to “sit” on this diet for more than a month. By following a vegetable diet, you can lose from 2 to 7 kg, but this depends on your body and the duration of the diet. A vegetable diet is indicated for people who are prone to hypertension and excess weight. It is better to go on a vegetable diet in summer or early autumn, when there are a lot of fresh vegetables at low prices. It is recommended to repeat this diet no more than once a year.

The daily vegetable diet menu should include 1.5 kg of fresh vegetables (except potatoes), fresh fruits (especially apples), skim milk, diet yogurt, low-fat kefir and cottage cheese, rolled oats, rye bread. It is ideal if the vegetables are as varied as possible. Make it a goal to try all the vegetables you can buy.

It is advisable to eat vegetables raw. Do not fry vegetables under any circumstances; it is better to stew or steam them. Vegetables in the form of salads are prepared with vegetable oil, preferably olive oil. It is not recommended to make vegetable salads with mayonnaise. On this diet, soups are possible, but only with vegetable broth.

If you have health problems, you should consult a nutritionist before starting a vegetable diet.
