Hercules diet

Hercules Diet 1

Hercules Diet 2

Another diet option is oatmeal with honey. The duration of this version of the Hercules diet is a week. During this week you will lose up to 5 kg.

Menu:

  1. For breakfast - half a glass of rolled oats and half a glass of mixed kefir.
  2. For lunch - 3/4 cup of rolled oats, a teaspoon of honey.
  3. For dinner - half a glass of rolled oats, half a grated green apple, half a glass of one percent kefir and half a spoon of honey.
