First day
Breakfast: raspberries - 100 g, cottage cheese - 100 g, or yogurt - 200 ml.

Second day

Second breakfast: raspberries - 200 gr., walnuts - 50 gr.
Lunch: boiled veal - 50 gr., vegetable salad (cabbage, carrots, olive oil) - 150 gr.
Dinner: two oven-baked apples with raspberry sauce and raisins.
