Lunch: 100 g of boiled beef, cucumber.

Dinner: 150 g of boiled veal, tomato, coffee.

Day 7:

Breakfast: hard-boiled egg, cup of coffee.

Lunch: 200 g boiled chicken, vegetables.

Dinner: 200 g of boiled chicken, apple, cup of coffee.

Second week:

The menu for the second week is identical to the first week.
