  4. Prop your chin on your fist. Forcefully lower your head and interfere with yourself with your hand. Movements can be up and down or lateral.

  5. Resistance in the opposite direction. Lower your head (it is advisable to touch the dimple between your collarbones with your chin), clasp your hands at the back of your head, lift your head with force and press towards it with your hands.

  6. Bend your head towards your left shoulder to touch it with your ear. Place your right hand on your right temple. Tilt your head towards your right shoulder, overcoming the resistance of your hand. Do the same in the opposite direction.

  7. Tilt your head and alternately reach your chin towards your right and left shoulder.

  8. Turn your head to the right, place your palm on your left cheek and turn your head to the left - through the counter resistance of the pressing palm. Change hands and direction.

Do 5-10 times in each direction.
