Lemon drink

- 1 slice of lemon;
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon;
- 1 teaspoon honey;
- hot water.
Place a slice of lemon and a teaspoon of ground cinnamon in a glass of hot water and let the drink brew. When the water has cooled a little, add a teaspoon of honey and mix thoroughly. The drink is ready!
Fresh grapefruit with mint

- ¼ cup sugar syrup;
- several mint petals;
- warm water;
- ice cubes.
Pour ¼ cup warm water and stir in brown sugar. Prepare fresh grapefruit and lemon juice, then mix with sugar syrup. Add a few ice cubes and mint petals to the resulting drink.
Coffee with cinnamon

We found a compromise solution and made our drink based on the new Jacobs Monarch Millicano - this is a whole grain coffee that can be brewed like regular ground coffee, but it cooks faster. To prepare the drink, you will need to brew coffee according to the instructions on the package, then add ground cinnamon, vanilla, cream and brown sugar to taste. Mix thoroughly and the drink is ready!
Green tea with ginger
Green tea with ginger is a great drink that helps you stay awake and focused. Green tea is rich in antioxidants and beneficial substances that improve metabolism and promote weight loss. Ginger also has many beneficial properties, including helping eliminate fatigue and jump-starting metabolism.
To make green tea with ginger you will need:
- green tea;
- fresh ginger;
- honey.
Brew green tea according to package instructions. Add a small piece of fresh ginger, which must first be peeled and cut into pieces. Let sit for a few minutes, then add honey to taste. The drink is ready!
