Proper nutrition: detailed menu for 5 days

First day

Dinner: baked chicken fillet, vegetable salad and some brown rice.

Second day

Afternoon snack: cottage cheese with fruit.

Dinner: stewed fish with salad. You can add a little side dish, for example, barley or millet porridge.

The third day

Breakfast: hot sandwiches with cheese, tomatoes and salad, made on black bread (2 pcs.).

Second breakfast: tomato and feta salad.

Lunch: pasta with meat and vegetables, seasoned with olive oil. You can choose the type of meat to suit your taste, the main thing is that it is lean.

Afternoon snack: fruit.

Dinner: chicken with asparagus, fried in a pan.

Fourth day

Breakfast: gray flour pancakes with fruit (3 pcs.).

Afternoon snack: kefir.

Lunch: rice with chicken and vegetables stewed in a frying pan.

Afternoon snack: fruit with cottage cheese.

Dinner: omelet with cheese and mushrooms.

Fifth day

Breakfast: rice with raisins.

Second breakfast: sandwich with cheese, lettuce and tomato on black or gray bread.

Lunch: baked potatoes.

Afternoon snack: yogurt and fruit.

Dinner: rabbit in sour cream, vegetable salad dressed with olive oil.

To maintain proper nutrition, you need to cook yourself. But these are not complicated dishes and do not take much time. The main thing is to think ahead and organize your diet. If you work, stock up on several lunchboxes so you can have two snacks and a full lunch at work. The main rule of proper nutrition is moderation and variety. Try not to overeat or consume large amounts of fatty and sugary foods. It is also important to drink enough water to keep your body hydrated. If you want to lose weight, then in addition to proper nutrition, you need to engage in physical activity and control the calorie content of the foods you consume.
