Rice-fruit diet

This diet features a large amount of fresh vegetables, so you will not lack vitamins. The menu is chosen so that you will not feel hungry. The basis of the diet is rice, which is not only nutritious, but also helps cleanse the body of toxins. The diet is designed for a week, during which you should refrain from carbonated drinks, sweet juices and alcohol. It is recommended to perform a set of physical exercises to make the diet more effective.

Sample menu for the week:

Monday
Breakfast: 150 g of fresh white cabbage, 1 glass of mineral water.
Lunch: 4 tablespoons of boiled rice, grated fresh carrot salad, seasoned with olive oil, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 150 g of boiled fish, a slice of bread, green salad.

Tuesday
Breakfast: rice porridge with milk, 1 glass of apple juice.
Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish, salad of apples, pears, oranges, 1 glass of orange juice.
Dinner: 200 g of lean fried meat, a slice of bread, 4 chopped lettuce leaves, dressed with lemon juice, 1 orange.

Wednesday
Breakfast: salad of fresh apples, pears, oranges, bananas, 1 glass of orange juice.
Lunch: 250 g of boiled beans, cabbage salad dressed with lemon juice, a slice of bread, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 250 g of fried mushrooms, 1 small potato, 1 glass of mineral water.

Thursday
Breakfast: 1 glass of apple juice, 1 apple, 1 orange.
Lunch: 200 g of boiled cauliflower with rice, 1 large apple, a slice of bread, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 2 boiled potatoes, 200 g of boiled fish, a slice of bread.

Friday
Breakfast: a small plate of rice porridge with milk, 1 glass of mineral water.
Lunch: salad of shredded white cabbage and seaweed, a slice of bread, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: fresh salad: cabbage, carrots, green salad, dressed with vegetable oil, a slice of bread, 1 glass of mineral water.

Saturday

Dinner: 100 g of boiled rice, lettuce leaves, half a grapefruit, 1 glass of mineral water.

Sunday
Breakfast: fruit salad of apples, prunes, apricots, 1 glass of mineral water.
Lunch: 150 g of rice with pieces of fruit and 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 glass of mineral water.
Dinner: 150 g of boiled fish, 200 g of seaweed salad, a slice of bread, 1 glass of mineral water.
