The first version of the tomato diet
On a tomato diet, you need to eat 1.5 kg of fresh tomatoes per day, dividing the tomatoes into four meals.

The second version of the tomato diet
Breakfast: a glass of tomato juice with two slices of rye bread, spread with a thin layer of low-fat cottage cheese, fruit.

Lunch: a glass of tomato juice, 100 grams of boiled rice (without oil), vegetables, apple, 100 grams of boiled fish.

Dinner: minced beef cutlet, vegetables, 50 grams of boiled rice, a glass of tomato juice.

Please note that the tomato diet can be followed for no more than 2 weeks.
