The dried fruit diet is designed for 3-5 days.

Prepare dried fruits: take 5 hundred-gram bags (men take 7 bags) with different dried fruits: 3 types of dried fruits and 2 types of nuts.

Salted and fried nuts with sugar are not allowed. It is also advisable to exclude salted nuts. It is advisable to take dried nuts. In addition to nuts and dried fruits, you can drink tea (preferably green) or coffee, but without sugar and milk. It is better to drink dried fruits with tea without sugar. You can drink 100 ml of dry table wine (red or white) or 250 ml of beer per day.

Divide all dried fruits into 10-12 servings and eat one every hour.

The diet is easy to tolerate because the person does not have time to feel hungry.
