To practice, you will need a ball weighing 2.5-3 kg, a comfortable mat and a roller.
Exercise No1: Take a sitting position, heels together, legs slightly bent at the knees. Lean back a little while keeping your back straight. Take the ball in your hands and make circular movements to the sides. Lower the ball to hip level. For convenience, place a cushion near your lower back. Repeat 10 times on each side.
