Diet of ballerinas: strict and balanced

Ballerinas with their slender figures are role models. As you know, they work very hard and eat very little. Below is an example of a diet for ballerinas - it is balanced, you can sit on it for several weeks, after some time this diet can be repeated, and so on until you achieve the desired result.

Menu:

First breakfast - 1/3 pack of low-fat cottage cheese and a glass of warm milk 1%-3% or kefir.

Second breakfast - a cup of coffee, a piece of bread with butter, a teaspoon of honey.

Lunch - a tablespoon of boiled rice, one cup of broth, a piece of meat weighing up to 150 g.

Afternoon snack - orange or apple.

Dinner - a couple of hours before bedtime, drink a glass of warm milk or kefir with one teaspoon of honey.
