Day 6 - for breakfast 1 boiled egg and half a cup of tea, at 11 days - vegetable broth from any vegetables, for lunch - 100 grams. meat + 100 gr. green peas (canned). At midday, dinner and at 8 pm - an apple.
Day 7 - 2 glasses of milk + 100 gr. cottage cheese and 1 bottle of kefir. In the evening you are allowed to drink 1 glass of tea.
Doctors diet 14 days
The second medical diet program lasts 14 days and includes the following menu:
