Cereal diet (cereal diet)

The porridge diet, also known as the porridge diet, is one way to comfortably cleanse the body. The porridge has an excellent “brush” effect, which helps remove waste and toxins from the internal walls of organs and remove them from the body.

For 10 days on this diet, you must limit your diet to only cereals, including rice, buckwheat, millet and wheat porridge.

Before cooking, the cereal should be thoroughly washed. Porridge should be cooked only with water, without adding salt, spices, milk or butter.

During the porridge diet, you can eat as much and whenever you want: at the slightest feeling of hunger, immediately eat a spoonful of porridge. You cannot go hungry on a porridge diet, even for a short time. To quench your thirst, you should drink as little as possible, preferably mineral water, and only half an hour before meals or 30 minutes after it.

Porridge diet (option 2)

The second option of the porridge diet involves consuming only porridge. Porridges are prepared without adding salt, only with water. During this diet, you can only drink mineral water, coffee and tea without sugar.

An example of a five-day menu for this porridge diet is as follows:

Day 1: oatmeal (oatmeal)
Day 2: rice (rice porridge)
Day 3: buckwheat (buckwheat porridge)
Day 4: rice (rice porridge)
Day 5: oatmeal (oatmeal)

It is important to remember that the porridge diet is a short-term diet and is not recommended for long-term use. Before starting this diet, it is important to consult with a doctor or nutritionist to ensure that it is suitable for you and does not conflict with your overall health and medical conditions.
