Then slowly lift your knees off the floor and lower yourself. Lift your knees off the floor again, straighten your right leg and lift it up. Return to your previous position. Repeat 30-40 times, lifting your leg one at a time, then change sides.

Exercise No. 3: lie on your side, legs slightly bent at the knees. Raise your leg up once, then lower it. Then lift your leg up again, lifting your hips off the floor. Repeat 30-40 times on one side. The exercise pumps the inner thigh muscles and longitudinal abdominal muscles.

Every morning, drink a glass of water at room temperature with lemon, and before going to bed, be sure to drink one teaspoon. olive oil.

For main courses, prepare salads with ginger and carrots, broccoli soup, miso soup or cold cucumber soup, and steamed salmon.

One day a week you can allow yourself a handful of almonds, another day chicken and 200 g of brown rice.
