French diet

The French diet is applied for 2 weeks. During the French diet, you can only drink boiled or mineral water. The menu cannot be changed, since only such a sequence of food consumed causes the necessary changes in metabolic processes. Salt, sugar, alcohol, bread and other flour products are absolutely excluded. You can repeat the French diet after six months.

Day 1, 8:
breakfast - black coffee;
lunch - two eggs, lettuce, tomato;
dinner - a piece of lean boiled meat, leaf salad.

Day 2, 9:
breakfast - black coffee, crackers;
lunch - a piece of boiled meat;
dinner - ham or boiled sausage without fat, lettuce.

3, 10 days:
breakfast - black coffee, crackers;
lunch - carrots fried in vegetable oil, tomato, tangerine or orange;
dinner - two eggs, low-fat sausage, lettuce.

4, 11 days:
breakfast - black coffee, crackers;
lunch - one egg, fresh carrots, cheese;
dinner - fruit salad, kefir.

Day 5, 12:
breakfast - grated carrots with lemon juice;
lunch - boiled fish, tomato;
dinner - a piece of boiled meat.

Day 6, 13:
breakfast - black coffee;
lunch - boiled chicken, lettuce;
dinner - a piece of boiled meat.

7, 14 days:
breakfast - tea;
lunch - boiled meat, fruit;
dinner - low-fat ham or sausage.
