There are a couple of weeks left until the New Year. And if you dream of fitting into your favorite dress or buying your favorite mini-outfit, use the French diet. It is considered one of the most ancient and strict. Eliminate sweets, alcohol, salt and sugar from your diet for two weeks; instead, you will have to eat boiled lean meat, leafy vegetables, coffee, cheese and crackers.
According to experts, by following this diet, you can lose 8-10 kg in two weeks. You need to eat three times a day, without snacks. Products should be high in protein, and the amount of carbohydrates and fats should be kept to a minimum. In between meals, you are allowed to drink non-carbonated mineral water and green tea without sugar.
But, keep in mind, if you suffer from diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, heart and vascular diseases, this diet is contraindicated for you.
First day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Lunch: two eggs, lettuce and tomato.
Dinner: 200 g of lean boiled meat and lettuce.
Second day
Breakfast: black coffee with crackers.
Lunch: 200 g lean meat.
Dinner: 200 g of boiled meat, lettuce.
The third day
Breakfast: black coffee with crackers.
Lunch: 300 g of carrots fried in vegetable oil, one tomato and any citrus fruit (orange, tangerine, grapefruit).
Dinner: two boiled eggs, 200 g of low-fat sausage and lettuce.
Fourth day
Breakfast: black coffee with crackers.
Lunch: boiled egg, one fresh carrot and 100 g of cheese.
Dinner: fruit salad without dressing and a glass of kefir.
Fifth day
Breakfast: one grated carrot, seasoned with lemon juice.
Lunch: 200 g of boiled fish and one tomato.
Dinner: 200 g of lean boiled meat.
Sixth day
Breakfast: a cup of black coffee.
Lunch: 200 g of boiled chicken and lettuce.
Dinner: 200 g lean meat.
Seventh day
Breakfast: green tea.
Lunch: 200 g of lean meat and one apple.
Dinner: 200 g lean ham or sausage.
