You will need 50-100 g of ground ginger powder (can be replaced with grated fresh ginger root) and 3-5 cloves of garlic.

Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the ginger, let it brew under the lid for 15-20 minutes, then strain through several layers of gauze.

Finely chop the garlic or crush it in a garlic press and wrap it in gauze or a wide bandage.

Place the bag of garlic in the bathtub and fill it with water. Pour in the ginger infusion.

Take a bath for 15-20 minutes, then dry yourself thoroughly, wrap yourself in a long terry robe and lie down under the blanket for 20-30 minutes. Drink as much liquid as possible, for example, herbal infusions or green tea with lemon and honey.

Ingredients:

honey - 150 g
pumpkin - 200-300 g
lime - 1 pc.
lemon – 1 pc.
ginger (root) - 1 pc.
