Hot peppers recognized as "dietary"

American scientists have noticed that eating pepper in humans is always associated with an increase in temperature and sweating. This fact gave them the idea that using pepper can burn excess fat. Korean scientists went further and figured out exactly how this could be done.

The drug developed by Koreans contains piperine extracted from black pepper, which prevents the formation of new fat cells. The effect of the “pepper” substance was successfully studied in laboratory conditions. Scientists are confident that black pepper will soon become a natural alternative to anti-obesity drugs.

By the way, each of us is familiar with piperine firsthand. It is this substance that causes a person to sneeze when it gets on the mucous membrane.
