How to achieve royal posture?

Good posture is not only beautiful, but also useful. After all, the correct position of the spine not only allows you to look more fit and youthful, but also helps to avoid back pain and fatigue. However, many people suffer from slouching and other posture problems, especially nowadays when most of the working day is spent in front of a computer.

There is a simple exercise that will help you achieve royal posture. It is aimed at strengthening the back muscles and increasing the flexibility of the spine. This exercise can be done even in the morning, before you get out of bed.

Stretch, roll over onto your stomach, stretch and relax your legs, and place your hands along your body, palms up. Inhale and slowly lift your head, then your neck and chest. In this case, the lower back should not be lifted from the bed. Turn your hands with your palms facing you. Squeeze your legs tightly and extend them as far as possible. Hold this position as you inhale, and as you exhale, return to the starting position. Relax and repeat the exercise 10 more times.

If you do this exercise daily, you will soon notice that you automatically begin to straighten your shoulders and keep your back straight. Slouching and problems with posture will be a thing of the past. However, if you decide to correct your posture, it is better to do gymnastics on a hard surface, moving from the bed to the floor.

In addition to this exercise, there are other posture correction exercises that you can do throughout the day. For example, sit upright in a chair, lower your arms along your body and relax your shoulders. In this case, the chin should be parallel to the floor. Keep your back straight and do not move for several minutes. This may not be easy at first, but over time you will be able to keep your back straight and effortless.

You can also do stretching exercises to help improve the flexibility of your spine. For example, get on all fours, stretch your arms forward and slowly lower your chest towards the floor, and then return to the starting position.

Achieving royal posture is not that difficult if you do exercises regularly and monitor your body position throughout the day. Be attentive to your posture and do not forget that the correct position of the spine is the key to your health and good mood!
