The Liepaja diet is a weight loss method designed for 3 months. This diet is good because it allows you to lose extra pounds (10 kg per month) and at the same time forms the habit of a similar eating pattern.

The Liepaja diet is described in detail by day of the week. There should be a temporary distance of 5 hours between meals. After studying the menu, you will notice that Wednesday is a kind of fasting day. The Wednesday menu should be followed on any days after, for example, visiting guests with treats that cannot be refused. Meat and fish are allowed to be consumed in any form, but not more than 135 grams. in finished form. Salt is prohibited.

The first month of the diet
MONDAY and THURSDAY:
Breakfast - a cup of tea or coffee, a sandwich with cheese and a thin layer of butter (any bread)
Lunch - 5-6 tablespoons of fresh vegetables (various varieties), 135 gr. meat + a glass of any juice
Dinner - 5-6 tablespoons of vinaigrette, seasoned with 2 tsp. vegetable oil, 3-4 pcs. sprat, a piece of bread, a glass of milk or kefir.
TUESDAY, FRIDAY and SUNDAY:
Breakfast - a cup of tea or coffee, a sandwich with sausage or meat (any bread + a thin layer of butter is allowed)
Lunch - 5-6 tablespoons of fresh vegetables (various varieties) 135 gr. fish prepared in any way with or without seasoning + a glass of any juice
Dinner - 5-6 tablespoons of meat salad, seasoned with 2 tsp. sour cream or mayonnaise, a piece of bread, a glass of milk or kefir
WEDNESDAY:
Breakfast - 1 apple, 4 walnuts, 100 gr. cottage cheese
Lunch - 1 apple, 4 walnuts, 100 gr. cottage cheese
Dinner - 0.5 l. milk or kefir + 1-2 tbsp. spoons of honey
SATURDAY:
Breakfast - a cup of tea or coffee + 2 boiled eggs
Lunch - 5-6 tablespoons of fresh vegetables (various varieties), 135 gr. meat + a glass of any juice
Dinner - 5-6 tablespoons of vinaigrette, seasoned with 2 tsp. vegetable oil, 3-4 pcs. sprat, a piece of bread, a glass of milk or kefir
In the second month of the Liepaja diet, Friday dinner is replaced with chocolate cheese and 5 cookies, and in the third month, all Monday meals are 1 kg. fruits + 7 glasses of kefir.
