Mayo diet: sample menu for the day:

Breakfast - 1/2 grapefruit, 2 boiled eggs, 2 slices of bacon.
Lunch - 1/2 grapefruit, salad (any), meat in any form and quantity.
Lunch - 1/2 grapefruit, salad with oil and spices, meat or fish in any form and quantity.
Before bed - tomato juice.

It is advisable to combine this diet with exercise and massage.
