Minute pleasure, or How to relax in 60 seconds

With the modern pace of life, when it is necessary to do a lot of things in a matter of time, the vast majority of us have a shortage of this very precious and irreplaceable time. We invite you to adopt a self-massage blitz, which will help you get rid of accumulated fatigue and recharge yourself with energy and vigor for some time.

So, to achieve your goal, do these simple exercises:

  1. Rub your finger quickly over your palm for 5 seconds.
  2. Now quickly rub your warmed hands up and down your cheeks for 5 seconds.
  3. Tap the drum frequently on the top of your head for 5 seconds.
  4. Clench your hands into a relaxed fist. Vigorously stroke the inner and outer sides of the forearm - 3 times.
  5. Gently press on the thyroid gland (below the Adam's apple) with your thumb and index finger - 3 times.
  6. Find the pulsation of the carotid artery in your neck, gently press on the artery, count to 5. Release. Breathe deeply. Click again and go to the other side.
  7. Use your thumb to feel the depression at the base of the skull. Press for a count of 3 and release. Repeat 3 times.

Let's move on to massage the reflex zones of the legs:

  1. Squeeze the tip of your thumb, then the pad of your thumb. If you notice a painful point, rub it until the pain disappears.
  2. Firmly grasp the Achilles tendon with your thumb and forefinger, squeeze it, and release it. Repeat 3 times on each leg.
  3. Quickly rub the top of your foot with your hand (or, more conveniently, the heel of your other foot).
  4. With an open palm, pat the front, side and back of your leg from the foot to the groin (if you do not have varicose veins).

If, upon finishing the blitz self-massage, you feel that a pleasant warmth has spread throughout your body, the goal has been achieved: in just one minute you have turned on the main systems of the body at full speed.
