Pulse diet

The impulse diet allows you to lose from 2 to 7 kilograms in a month and from 5 to 17 kilograms in three months of its use.

A person who wants to lose weight must, firstly, switch to a low-fat diet, and secondly, regularly arrange fasting days. The maximum frequency of fasting days is every other day, the minimum is twice a week. Another impulse diet regime is also possible: a daily low-fat lunch and “fasting” breakfast and dinner.

What should the fasting days be like? Products rich in protein and containing a minimum of fat (lean meat or fish, low-fat cottage cheese - up to 100 grams per day), vegetables in the amount of 500-600 grams and fruits - 300-400 grams. Liquids (tea, coffee, mineral water) are not limited. Naturally, tea and coffee are without sugar. There is no time limit for the last meal.

Pros of the pulse diet:

  1. The pulse diet is quite easy to tolerate.
  2. Fasting days are not too difficult, and you can sometimes skip them.
  3. The pulse diet promotes the loss of fatty tissue, not muscle (which often happens when using other diets for weight loss, and is generally inevitable during fasting).
  4. The pulse diet is safe even with long-term use and at the same time promotes the formation of skills and healthy eating habits, which sharply reduces the likelihood of weight gain again.
