A weekly semolina diet allows you to get rid of 4-5 kg of excess weight. It is especially indicated for women in the postpartum period who have lost their usual shape and want to get it back faster.
Sample menu for all seven days:
First option
Diet "Six Petals"
Breakfast: a plate of semolina porridge cooked in milk, 1 piece of fruit weighing about 100 grams or less.
Lunch: a plate of semolina porridge cooked in milk, any 4 dried fruits.
Dinner: a plate of semolina porridge cooked in milk. Mix semolina with 1 tablespoon of condensed milk (not boiled).
Water, tea without sugar and herbal infusions without restrictions, and the more the better.
Second option
Breakfast: a plate of semolina porridge cooked in milk. 2 teaspoons of any jam.
Lunch: a plate of semolina porridge cooked in milk. 2 teaspoons of any jam.
Dinner: a plate of semolina porridge cooked in milk. 2 teaspoons of any jam.
Drink up to 2 liters of liquids per day, but not juices, soda, or coffee.
