There is little time left until the new year, so from all the variety of diets you need to choose the one that will not only effectively lead to weight loss, but also contribute to the improvement of the body as a whole in such a short period. Cabbage, apples, oranges, inexpensive pears and bananas can form the basis of a wonderful two-week fasting diet with a fiber focus. Fiber, unlike vitamins, is perfectly preserved in vegetables and fruits during long-term storage. "Fiber is roughage for a small waist!" - this is the main slogan of this diet. Before you go on a fiber diet, stock up on “Multinat” or some other vitamin-mineral complex.

I offer an effective diet for apple lovers. This diet was not invented by me. Actually, it’s difficult to call it a diet, since you can eat everything, within reasonable limits, of course (and if you want). I’ll say right away that I haven’t tried it myself, since I don’t like apples, but those who have tried it talk about good results.

So...It consists of three courses.

First
On the first day you need to eat one apple (in the evening or in the morning). On the second day - two apples, on the third - three, and there is no need to change anything in your diet. So you bring the number of apples you eat per day to seven and begin to reduce it, i.e. first you eat six apples a day, then five, then four, etc. up to one apple per day. I emphasize that you eat as usual (if you can, of course, since apples will constantly take up space in your stomach).

Second course
The number of apples consumed increases from one per day to nine and in the reverse order from nine to one.

Third year
From one apple a day to twelve and from twelve to one. This is some simple arithmetic.

My friend, who loves apples, was able to complete only one and a half courses (from 1 to 7, from 7 to 1 and from 1 to 9), after which she couldn’t even hear about apples for two or three months, but she lost 5 kg and was very I became prettier and my skin condition improved. At the same time, she did not have to give up her favorite potatoes and meat.

Apples are an ideal basis for a diet. They contain vitamins, microelements and substances that improve digestion. However, apple diets are not beneficial for everyone. First of all, the restrictions apply to those who have problems with the stomach and intestines. For example, women suffering from peptic ulcers, gastritis with high acidity or biliary dyskinesia should not eat sour apples. But you can afford sweet or baked apples. People with insufficient production of gastric juice, on the contrary, need to eat more sour apples. For urolithiasis, it is better to eat them in puree form. The same applies to chronic colitis.

The simplest version of the apple diet is a fasting day. You can arrange it 1-2 times a week. You are allowed to eat about one and a half kilograms of apples per day. You should drink non-carbonated mineral water and weak tea - black or green. You need to consume at least two liters of fluid per day.

For many, it is quite difficult to withstand such unloading. The fact is that apples stimulate hunger. Therefore, most often they are combined with some other product. Kefir works very well. You can drink up to a liter a day. The most important thing is that the interval between consuming kefir and apples is at least an hour. The second product that goes well with apples is honey. You are allowed to eat up to three teaspoons of it per day - in the morning, during the day and at about 6 o'clock in the evening. At the same time, the drinking regime remains the same - at least two liters per day.

I would like to note that apples, oranges and cabbage can be used not only for daytime snacks and evening fruit salad. With their help, you can significantly reduce the calorie content of breakfast and lunch.
