There are several options for a sweet diet for weight loss, the recipe for the first is presented below.

SWEET DIET MENU 1

1 DAY

Breakfast - green tea with lemon and a spoon of honey + fruit
Lunch - cheese (50 gr.), coffee or tea with 2 teaspoons of honey or jam
Dinner - broth (150 gr.), fruit salad
Before bed - tea with lemon

DAY 2

Breakfast - egg, green tea with lemon and honey or coffee
Lunch - cheese (50 gr.), vegetable salad + popsicles
Dinner - boiled vegetables and a slice of rye bread + green tea with 1 teaspoon of honey and lemon

DAY 3

Breakfast - egg, coffee + 1 spoon of jam
Lunch - low-fat cottage cheese (150 g), apple + coffee or tea
Dinner - fish (100 gr.), vegetable salad + green tea with honey

This diet lasts 3 days.

SWEET DIET 2 (LODY DIET or CANDY DIET)

The point of this delicious sweet diet is that breakfast, lunch and dinner are candies. It is advisable that they be fortified and from a pharmacy. The main rules of this sweet diet are additional consumption of calcium in the form of tablets or low-fat cottage cheese or milk (2 glasses) and regular brushing of teeth to avoid caries.
The diet is designed for 2 weeks, of which in the first 7 days you can eat lollipops, while drinking at least 2 liters of water per day, and in the second, you need to add breakfast to the diet, while leaving lollipops for lunch and dinner.
In 2 weeks of this diet you can lose up to 8 kilograms.

It is important to consider that such a quantity of lozenges can be hazardous to health, causing gastritis, ulcers, metabolic disorders and diseases of the pancreas and liver.

SWEET DIET 3 (CHOCOLATE DIET)
