Allowed: beets, broccoli, sweet red peppers, grapes, apples, citrus fruits, asparagus, artichokes, bananas, prunes, pomegranates, carrots, cereals, seaweed, sprouts and shoots of herbs. Once every 7 days, you are allowed to eat poultry, fish and goat cheese.

Prohibited: coffee, sweets, flour, carbohydrates and alcohol. According to the detox diet, it is necessary to drink a glass of hot water with lemon in the morning on an empty stomach. At 8 pm, meals should be finished for today.

If you follow a detox diet for 3 days, waste and toxins will be removed from the body, in 5 days of the detox program the body’s restorative functions will begin, and in 10 days complete detoxification will occur, which includes cleansing and renewing blood flow.

From 8 am to noon you can eat food in unlimited quantities - apples, grapes, kiwi, citrus fruits, water and herbal teas.

From noon to 20 o'clock - vegetables that can be stewed, baked, eaten raw or made into salads.

There is another way to cleanse the body of toxins and toxins - a detox diet, which is based on maple syrup, ground pepper, lemon juice and warm water. You need to prepare a cocktail from these ingredients. Hot pepper speeds up metabolism, and maple syrup enriches the body with the necessary amount of calories and microelements. As a result, in addition to cleansing your body, you will lose weight.

They gradually switch to a detox diet with maple syrup. To do this, a few days before the diet, meat is excluded from the diet and preference is given to fruits and vegetables. 2 days before the maple cocktail diet, you need to switch to liquid food, and the day before, exclude everything from the diet except freshly squeezed orange juice, which you will need to drink 2 liters per day.

This diet can be followed for 4-5 days, but no more than 10. If you are on a diet for more than three days, then starting from the fourth, include in your diet the foods that you consumed on the days of preparation for the system, but only in the reverse order. Weight loss, taking into account the days of preparation, is 7-9 kilograms.

Maple cocktail recipe:

  1. 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  2. 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  3. a pinch of ground red pepper

Mix all ingredients with water and drink 5-6 servings of the cocktail per day. You can also take this cleansing cocktail exclusively in the morning, however, the effect will be achieved much more slowly.
