Diet to increase muscle mass

Day 1 and 5

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 prunes, 1 grapefruit, a cup of coffee.

Dinner: fried fish (100 g), 1 boiled egg, green tea without sugar, orange.

Day 2 and 6

Breakfast: 40 g of cheese, a cup of coffee, 3 prunes.

Dinner: 4 prunes, vegetable salad, green tea.

Day 3 and 7

Breakfast: 4 prunes, a cheese and ham sandwich, a cup of coffee.

Lunch: 2 jacket potatoes, chicken broth with crackers, 1 tomato, 3 prunes, green tea.

Dinner: 5 pieces of prunes, a glass of milk, a bun of bran bread.

Day 4

Breakfast: oatmeal or corn flakes with milk, coffee, 4 prunes.

Lunch: Ukrainian borscht, 1 cucumber, 1 tomato, green tea without sugar.

Afternoon snack: natural grape juice, 5 prunes.

Dinner: sandwich with cheese and ham, green tea, 50 g raisins, 6 prunes.
