How to eat less

We continue our morning portion of advice. We already know how to fold a T-shirt like in a store and know a couple of kitchen tricks. Today we offer video advice on how to lose weight without making strenuous efforts.

One way is to use small dishes. The smaller the plate, the less food we tend to put on it. The same goes for spoons and forks.

It has also been observed that people tend to eat more from white and green plates. Red dishes dull the appetite.
