  1. Perform head turns to the right and left sides. The exercise is performed at least 20 times very slowly.

  2. Tilt your head down onto your chest and tilt it back. It is best to perform the exercise sitting or standing, holding onto some support. Repeat slowly 20 times.

  3. Sit at the table, rest your elbows on the edge and rest your chin on your palms. Try to tilt your head forward, overcoming the resistance of your hands. Then relax. Repeat the exercise at least 10 times.

  4. Puff out your cheeks and then blow out the air with your lips pursed. Repeat the exercise 20 times.

  5. Do the “fish” exercise - smile broadly, stretch your lips forward and tuck your chin up. Hold the pose for 10-15 seconds and repeat 10 times.

  6. Massaging the face and neck can also help strengthen muscles and get rid of sagging cheeks and double chin. You can do the massage yourself or contact a professional.

  7. If all of the above methods do not produce results, then you can turn to correction methods in cosmetology clinics. Some of them are liposuction, radio wave therapy, ultrasound lifting, injections with hyaluronic acid, Botox.
