Second day. We are recovering (minus 1-1.5 kg)

Fermented milk products will help restore normal functioning of the gastrointestinal tract. To do this, you need to eat 500-600 g of low-fat cottage cheese per day. You can add a little vanilla to the cottage cheese to dull the feeling of hunger. We also drink 1.5-2 liters of liquid, preferably water.

The third day. Protein day (minus 1-1.5 kg)

On the third day you need to eat only proteins. What foods can you eat? Lean meat (chicken, turkey, beef), fish, eggs. Don't forget about liquid - drink 1.5-2 liters of water.
