Physical exercise stimulates the production of endorphins, stabilizes hormone levels in the body, allows you to throw out negative emotional energy and normalizes sleep. So fitness for stress is the first medicine. To succeed, it is important to follow a few simple rules.
When we are stressed, all chronic diseases worsen and our immunity declines. So before you start exercising, consult your doctor. This is especially true for those who are overweight.
Don't start right off the bat. The first in line should be aerobic exercises: race walking, swimming, dancing. Spend half an hour on them every day. Then add strength exercises. Work your abs at least twice a week for 10-15 minutes, do rock climbing, fitness or any other active sports.
It is very important to do exactly what you like! Almost any physical exercise will help in the fight against stress, but only if you do it with pleasure and not under pressure. The number of loads can be gradually increased.
