The celebrity says that it is designed for a week, during which you can lose 5 kg, and after another seven days of “consolidating” the result - and all 9!

This diet is perfect for women who do not like long and strict diets. You can use it on the eve of the New Year: every day you need to eat only a certain product and dilute its intake with half a liter of kefir.

Rules

  1. Take a fasting day before you go on a diet.

  2. Food can be consumed at certain times: 8.00, 10.00, 12.00, 14.00, 16.00, 18.00.

  3. Before meals, you need to drink 50 g of herbal infusion (1 bag of St. John's wort, chamomile and calendula, pour 200 ml of boiling water).

  4. After 18.00 you can't eat anything.

  5. You need to drink at least 0.5 liters of still water per day.

  6. Do a cleansing enema daily.

  7. After the diet, you definitely need to consolidate the result. To do this, you can eat as usual for the next seven days, excluding sweets, fatty foods, flour, spicy foods and alcohol from your diet. This will help you get rid of another 2.5-3 kg of excess weight.

  8. You can alternate a diet week with a “consolidation” week until you get the desired result.
