Lunch for losing weight: persimmon with bran

This light salad is an ideal choice for those losing weight. The dish can also be included in the menu of those who fast, but do not adhere to strict fasting.

Ingredients (for 1 serving):

  1. persimmon - 1 pc.
  2. coarse bran - 1/3 cup
  3. low-fat yogurt - 1/3 cup

All you need to do is mix all the ingredients carefully and start eating! Bran is known to significantly improve intestinal motility, food passes through the esophagus more easily. Bran also contains many useful microelements, especially B vitamins. Persimmon does an excellent job of satisfying hunger, and also contains pectin, which helps normalize digestion. It is very tasty, sweet, and at the same time it is a dietary product. Another beneficial property of persimmons: it contains antioxidants that fight free radicals.
